Service Description

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and have been practicing for just over 1 year. I am qualified to Level 5 in Therapeutic Counselling and I am a registered member of the BACP and I am also fully insured. I offer a safe and confidential place for my clients to be able to speak openly and honestly, with no judgment and to enable a therapeutic relationship to be built. I will listen to you and guide you to deal with emotions, thoughts and feelings to enable a more positive mindset and lifestyle. I have worked with many different issues, including loss, trauma, anxiety, depression and I feel from my own life experiences I am able to offer empathy and be congruent with my clients at all times. I offer face to face appointments and online, either by telephone or video call, whichever you are comfortable with. I also offer a free 15 minute consultation to establish the reasons for my clients seeking counselling and to ensure that we are able to work together to get the best out of the sessions. I offer 50 minute sessions and these are ongoing for as long you require them. I have attended various training course, which include Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversities, Drug awareness and County Lines and also working with Children. I have worked as a volunteer for Childline and also Home Start, which is a charity that helps vulnerable adults and families. Prices for sessions are as follows: Free 15 minute phone consultation £50 per session for individual face to face counselling £40 per session for online telephone or video call counselling £35 student rates
